The ease of use, as well has being able t o access information about your citations easily once you are logged in makes this tool very appealing for our organization! They have been extremely responsive when we need help or feedback with their product- nothing negative thus far!! If they would like more exposure by using social media platforms such us Facebook it could make them even better than what already exists out there today. We love how easy its made entering tickets into parktech instead doing everything manually. ! The ease of use, the ability to customize for our specific needs, the customer service, and the cost effectiveness. I wish there was an option for a mobile app. There are times when you have to be online and cannot access your computer. This can cause issues with Parktech not being able to do what we need it to do. We have been using Parktech since 2013 and have had no problems. It has allowed us to manage our parking tickets in one place and gives us the ability to create reports and track payments.
