I have used Watts products for many years. This one was broken. The tank failed, causing the overpressure to force water out of the faucet even when everything was off. When I asked tech support for help, the tech indicated that I didn't know what I was talking about when describing the problems (I have an engineering degree and it's not rocket science). He suggested that I send them the tank for analysis, which would take two or three weeks, and only then would I get an answer on how they would react. This is unacceptable as my family will be without filtered water during this time. I had to buy another tank to keep the system running.
