Review of Zendesk - Great tool for tracking tickets!

I like that you can create tickets for different departments within your organization, such as customer service or sales support (for example). Also very helpful is being able to view all of our tasks in one place! That way we know what's coming up next without having to check every department individually. There isn't much to dislike about this software - it works well and has been easy enough so far for us to learn how to use properly. This helps solve problems by making sure everything gets done at once instead of waiting until someone logs into their computer later during the day.

Pros

  • I dislike that there is no user friendly dashboard for managing our tickets
