TickPick has good tools that help manage trouble reporting

The ease of creating tickets, the ability to add attachments, and the ability for multiple people to respond to the same ticket all make it easy to keep track of issues. Sometimes, when I'm trying to create a new ticket, the system freezes or crashes. This happens every time I try to create a ticket for our event management software. It's not always my fault - sometimes it's just the site itself. Try it out if you're looking for an easy-to-use ticketing service, but don't expect it to be…

Review of Zendesk - Great tool for tracking tickets!

I like that you can create tickets for different departments within your organization, such as customer service or sales support (for example). Also very helpful is being able to view all of our tasks in one place! That way we know what's coming up next without having to check every department individually. There isn't much to dislike about this software - it works well and has been easy enough so far for us to learn how to use properly. This helps solve problems by making sure everything gets…
