TickPick has good tools that help manage trouble reporting

The ease of creating tickets, the ability to add attachments, and the ability for multiple people to respond to the same ticket all make it easy to keep track of issues. Sometimes, when I'm trying to create a new ticket, the system freezes or crashes. This happens every time I try to create a ticket for our event management software. It's not always my fault - sometimes it's just the site itself. Try it out if you're looking for an easy-to-use ticketing service, but don't expect it to be flawless. We use it to easily track requests for support from customers who are using our event management software.
