Faucet is fine. We have two, one in brushed stainless steel and the other now in chrome. I recommend that you don't buy it "used" from Revain Warehouse Deals. The list of missing parts wasn't worth the savings. It arrived unprotected in a large Revain box. They offered to pick it up once I found all the missing parts, but that would have been agony for me and put my schedule on hold. In the end they deducted the cost of one of the most important replacement parts and I ordered the Prime. So the $5.08 RP47029 mounting bracket was missing, the nut was missing (just the 1/4"-20 I had. Do you have one just in case?), the $3.35 RP6130 pivot spacer was missing and the $10 installation tool Luckily I had the necessary tool strapped to the vanity I installed another one in.
