Review on Anvil ANVktle10g Brew Kettle - 10 Gallon Capacity for Perfect Homebrews by Carl Henderson

Pros: beautiful. artwork. Also very durable and well made. I recently used it for a 5 gallon batch of homebrew (bag brew method). The size of the kettle was absolutely perfect for this method - I was able to use enough water without risking overflowing. The thermometer made it easy to check the temperature of the water and the valve made it easy to transfer chilled wort from the kettle to the fermenter. In short, this teapot has everything I expected and more. Minor Cons: The assembly instructions (i.e. how to install a thermometer and drain valve) were not very clear to me. I was pleased with Anvil's responses to my email requests for help, although there was a slight backlog. (Hint, to mechanically challenge people like me: O-RINGS ARE ON THE OUTSIDE OF BOILER.)
