Easily the best money I've spent

I've had boats for years and have always squirmed and struggled to get in and out when the boat was on a trailer. You either risk damaging the fender by leaning on it with your weight, or stretching and twisting to hit the trailer. With my new boat I decided I was too old for yoga poses so I took a chance. Too bad I didn't buy it a year ago. The step is simply attached to the trailer with just four carriage bolts. I had to run to the hardware store to buy shorter bolts because the ones that came with the kit were too big for my trailer. But that was the only downside I have and I guess it's partly my fault as there's probably a downside with the little trailers floating around that I just wasn't looking for. I'm quite a tall guy and the crotch is solid. It is positioned at just the right height for easy entry into the boat from the bottom and protrudes no further than the fender. If you have a boat, you won't regret adding one of these. .

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Faded
