Nice, simple design, but where's the hardware?

Nothing fancy, it's a stamped and painted bracket. The tool looks great and the paint looks thick and we'll cover. Holds my 5lb fire extinguisher fairly stable despite the lack of a seat belt. I took off a star because no screws or washers were included (use two screws and two washers to attach).
