Review on πŸ”ͺ FLEXCUT Carving Tools Set, High-Carbon Steel Blades with Solid Ash Handle, 4-Piece Knife Set for Precision Carving (KN100) by Carrie Spencer

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Used 2 months - the blade is dangling in the handle.

At first I was very happy with these knives and didn't realize there were better quality knives out there. They came and stayed very sharp. The leather strap makes it easy to keep them sharp. You get 4 knives for $70, or about $18 per knife. The problem is that after 2 months of semi-daily use, one of the blades on the most used knife is now wobbling in the handle and will likely break off at some point. Also, frankly, pelican knives are of dubious use. And far from worth $18. Maybe $10 or $12, so you're getting two $25 useful knives of dubious quality and durability in a tool kit that's utterly useless, only exposing the blade when stored. Knives bundled separately, there may be a $40 version of each from Pfeil or Two Cherries or one of the heirloom makers. Skip this one and buy 2 better quality knives for your money and you will be happier.
