Review on FieryRed by Mike Sutton

I needed assistance locating a particular item, but the knowledgeable staff at FieryRed was of no use. There was no help or guidance they could give. It seemed like they were attempting to sell me something, anything, and not necessarily what would have been best for me. I was hoping for superior service from a store that advertises a staff of customer service pros. Overall, I was dissatisfied with FieryRed and would not suggest it.
