Well, we have an exit window that just had a heavy grating on it. So little rats, rabbits, got in there, and we thought about it, not custom-made fountain covers that cost over $400 (our outlet was 52" x 37" and sort of trapezoidal). I bought 2 of these and had them covered 37 inches with a small overlap (I had them covered a little more to wrap a little more). The 60" side has more than generously tended to the 52" side. The size of the squares was perfect (1/4 inch), small enough not to catch critters walking or falling through them. A NOTICE. The edges are very sharp, so put on gloves and roll the opposite side of the sheet once to flatten it. Otherwise it will roll up.
