I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. It began with the fact that the fencing is not attached to the pole, difficult assembly secondary to poor instructions, and an inferior locking mechanism. My dog escaped from this early after assembly and I purchased metal zip ties to replace the plastic ones. This remedy worked for a little while but he has still managed to pull the fencing away from the poles and escape. Not to mention that he could also pop the door open even when locked. Save your money and invest in something that is better constructed.
