Replaced mechanical door lock with electronic door keypad, used product to easily drill thru the outer/inner door for keypad. (metal plated door having poly insulated core)Word of caution- blade/tool gets hot with long periods of use on metal projects.This product did not show any signs of problems of long use.(held up great)
