Perfect! I chose aluminum (a price point) over carbon and was perfectly happy with the added weight. A fully extended monopod is about 5 feet tall. Perfect fit for my 6ft frame. It works well and I can clip it to my vest and it goes almost unnoticed except when I need it to use. My images are much sharper at 80-200/f2.8 and I always have the monopod with me. I like to tell my friends that it doubles as a staff to deal with vicious attack dogs and naughty children. Jokes aside, forget the carbon version and go for the aluminum version. She is perfect!
