Marcus Aurelius and Leo printed almost perfectly on a Prusa I3 MK3S nozzle at 220°C and 70°C bed with Prusa textured foil and 0.40mm E3D hardened steel nozzle. No problems, prints very well. Please note that I did not use smooth PEI film as adhesion will not be an issue with a properly calibrated first layer on your printer unless you are printing designs with very fine lines. The finish is great, I just need to clean up the prints a bit. If you're having trouble sticking filament, I'm pretty sure your z printers aren't calibrated properly. Take the time to calibrate your printer. (I made z, still need to get correct xy for crosshair layer offset) Marcus Aurelius printed with 0.4 nozzle at 0.1mm layer height, 3 perimeters, 0 infill. 5mm brim with support for nose and beard only. As you can see, I quickly removed the brace and broke the lower part of the beard. This is my fault, not the thread. Lion printed with the same 0.4 nozzle at a layer height of 0.15mm, 4 perimeters and 0 infills. Front paw, tail and chin rest. I definitely recommend using a smaller nozzle, e.g. B. 0.2 to get really flawless prints. I have to watch his delivery to make sure there are no entanglements deep inside. Happy printing!
