Great lead generation tool and excellent customer service
The ability for me to create my own lists of prospects by choosing from multiple criteria that I want them matched against, as well as being able to filter down those results with different search options was very useful! It's also great how easy it is to export your leads into other programs like Excel or Salesforce once you have built up enough contacts in one place so they can be easily sent out via e-mail campaigns. Nothing really - just make sure when creating filters/criteria there are plenty available choices! We were using this software at work before we went live but didn't realise all its benefits until after going through training sessions where our team used it extensively (and loved).
Pros
- The ability to filter down the prospects to your own criteria, and the ability to create your own filters/criteria
Cons
- It's a very easy to create a list of prospects, but it's a very easy to create a list of contacts, and I really like the ability to create a list of prospects as it's really useful and easy to create a list
