This lock is terrible. I bought two locks for my holiday trip. The first lock I tried to pick and got a blister trying to pick it. Once I was able to open it and generate a 4 digit code, I closed my suitcase and hoped for the best. When I got to the hotel I couldn't open the lock. After wrestling with him for an hour, I had to take a hammer and pick the lock. The second lock had the same initial difficulties that I mentioned for the first. It was very difficult to open and once I could open it I couldn't close it. It was a horrible experience and I spent money to buy these locks.
