UPDATED DECEMBER 20, 2019 - The company contacted us and sent us a new block, our third. We appreciate their dedication and good customer service. Like the first two, this third one began to fail, beeping constantly when there was no movement; he even called when we put the device in the box to make sure it didn't sense anything and just turned itself off. For some reason, our environment seems to cause devices to malfunction. When we first bought this thing it was perfect for us - we need to know in advance when people will be stopping in front of our driveway so we can get out. and greet you when you enter our farm shop. Unfortunately, after 2-3 weeks, our device started to fail. in time. (It detected movement even though there wasn't any.) We complained to Revain and they sent us a new one. After 2-3 weeks it stopped working intermittently (sometimes no movement was detected) until there was no movement at all. So we're sending it back and requesting a refund.
