I've had another brand that requires you to twist and tighten and then put the screw in. I had the US version, I think, which must have been 30 years old. It got lost and I replaced it with what I thought was the same. It was made in China and only held 1 out of 5 different Phillips screws I tried; so i returned it. Then I bought this small screw holder and although it works differently, it works. It easily holds #0 to #3 Phillips screws. I highly recommend it.
