Screw Holder - Hand & Power Tools

This screw holder has a slim profile making it ideal for tight spaces. The device holds Philips screws securely and is easy to use. Highly recommended. EGP

Excellent quality Same as built 50 years ago.

I used this when I was working as an appliance repairman for a gas company. I bought it sometime in the 60's and it's still in great condition. This one is new for my gun case as I didn't want to remove the old one from my regular tools. It's the same quality as my old one and the magnet on the other end is a plus. Very good value for money.

Do you have a Vespa or Piaggio scooter?

This tool is needed to reinstall the screws that hold the air box cover. easy to start. Pull it out and use a regular Philips #2 to tighten. I have several of these 5" and 7" tools. The problem with competing tools is that they are too "bold". You put a screw on the end and you can't get through the hole. This is as thin as a pan head screw. Drive safe!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Makes me angry

This works and works well.

I've had another brand that requires you to twist and tighten and then put the screw in. I had the US version, I think, which must have been 30 years old. It got lost and I replaced it with what I thought was the same. It was made in China and only held 1 out of 5 different Phillips screws I tried; so i returned it. Then I bought this small screw holder and although it works differently, it works. It easily holds #0 to #3 Phillips screws. I highly recommend it.

Pros
  • Not designed to be tightened or tightened
Cons
  • Only available in white

Great tool! - Power tools and hand tools

Absolutely! Super cool tool for holding different sizes of Phillips head screws so they can be screwed in. I've done a lot of work on small electrical boxes with mounting screws on the back. This tool worked great for loading screws into the appropriate holes through the wire bundles. It features spring-loaded internal jaws that adjust to any size bolt and allow the tool to hold the bolt. Once the screw is driven into the thread, the tool either shears off or can be pulled out of the head of…

Great screw starter!

I came across this tool while looking for a screwdriver that would actually 'hold' a Phillips head screw. This one does just that, it holds the screw to put it where you want it, you can even turn it a little just enough to hook the thread or start a handle. But that's about it, as soon as you apply torque to the screw, the holder disengages and you switch to a regular screwdriver. But that's what it's supposed to do, and it's very thin so it's easy to see where it's going. Anyone who has ever…

Pros
  • Blade removable to hold fasteners

  • I won't say anything
