I like the pen, but a few things make it a bit annoying to live with every day. From the inside, a small turning mechanism on the handle that locks/unlocks, does not slide out/does not slide out, allowing the door to be opened when locked. To open the door from the inside, you must turn the locking mechanism before you can turn the latch each time. The mechanism is unable to open the door from the inside if it is locked. From the outside, the door is unlocked with the key in the opposite direction of the door opening handle. The key is unlocked by turning it counterclockwise and then you have to turn the lever clockwise to open the door. These things may seem insignificant, but if you do it multiple times a day, it becomes boring. With my old handle I could open the door from the inside even if it was locked and unlock it from the outside by turning the key and opening the door with one simple movement.
