As others have said, this card gets hot compared to non-RGB SSDs. I put one of these in my Corsair - 750D ATX full tower case. I also have a Kingston - SSDNow V300 series 120GB (no RGB) that I use for my Windows 10 boot drive and nothing else is on it. And the pricing averages between the two at the moment are as follows: Kingston - SSDNow V300 series 120GB (non-RGB) - 29 CHyperX Fury RGB SSD 240GB - 41 C It really is a difference. However, for games that are notorious for very long hard drive load times, I use a Hyper X RGB SSD and have had no issues with it so far and have been using it for over a month. Really pay for the looks of this SSD. The safe plays second fiddle. This RGB-lit SSD is meant to be seen, and with as many lights as they've used it really doesn't look like it, albeit that close in terms of how pretty it looks. I will buy another one with more memory. capacity for my needs.
