Review on Pointillist by Chris Brazington
Pointilist is the tool we are using for all our project data collection
The tool allows us as an agency team member (and also our clients) have quick access of all data collected from different sources like social media or website visits in one place without having any IT support needed!The dashboard could be more intuitive but I guess this will come with time when we get used into using pointilists day by Day!! It's not much about anything at least nothing bad yet :) We use Pintlist mainly because they are very good supporting their community which gives me confidence if something goes wrong i know there would always help out my colleagues around world who need assistance!
Pros
- The ability to have all data collected on one place so we can easily see what our clients are doing and what our colleagues are doing in one place and also the possibility to use it for clients in a way they can see what their colleagues are doing!
Cons
- The fact we need our IT team members to help us to install the tool
