Media could not be loaded. It was very easy to install, but if your faucet has a built-in plug, note that there isn't an option to add one. You will need either a drain plug if you want to fill the face cup or a drain strainer. I chose the drainage grid. I spent more time removing the old faucets and copper plumbing than installing this unit. The only thing I don't like is that it has water stains on it. So if you get it wet and don't wipe/dry it will leave water stains. That's really my only complaint.
