Review on Boska Holland 307063 Cheese Slicer by Cody Simmons

You might think the cheese slicer would be the same if you "pay” more for one than for the other. Since I was visiting my father, I needed a good cheese cutter. I bought one from another brand 20 or more years ago and I love it. Cuts well, lightweight and easy to use. I was hoping that a little more for a "standard" cheese slicer would make a difference, but no! This one is fine as it slices well, but it is heavier and the slices can vary. I suspect it has to do with the angle of the blade and the amount of pressure, but I just know what I like and unfortunately couldn't find it on Revain. All in all it does what it's supposed to.
