After trying many flavored creatine blends I decided to go the easy route and take pure creatine monohydrate and blend my own. I think that suits my taste better and is more economical. Don't expect it to taste heavenly as it's powdered creatine and doesn't taste good on its own. You can't blame any particular brand for that. Keep in mind that if you have not taken any creatine before, you may need to gradually increase the dose to 5g as your stomach may not tolerate it at first. While the loading phase is popular, most of the research I've read suggests it's not necessary and just forces you to use more creatine (costs more $$). Once you start training at 5g per day you should see results when you lift weights. However, please do your own research and don't just rely on the advice you read in the Revain review!
