Review on Pack of 2 Ultra-Fab 48-979002 24-Inch Scissor Jacks by Bob Walters

I purchased these in September 2017 to replace 2 OEM's that I have damaged. They work very well. But last weekend, on the way home, the nut for lowering and raising the jack fell off. The nut and the pen holding her have fallen out and are lying somewhere in the middle of the street. The jack has not been overtightened or twisted in any way that could cause this. This is only the second time we have used the trailer since I installed it. It must have been loose from the factory. I've emailed ultra fab customer service - we'll see if they reply. Well I sent an email to Ultra-Fab describing the problem. After 2 days I received two replacement nuts and immediately repaired the missing one. Well, that's good customer service. Thank you Kim Daub!
