The mount is exactly what I was hoping for. However, there are design issues related to bolts and screws. The screws are very weak. I used stronger screws. Carriage bolts and bracket have a problem. The square in the head of the screws is longer than the thickness of the bracket. This makes it impossible to tighten the screw on the bracket. I got around this by placing a washer large enough to fit the square between the screw head and the bracket. This worked great and solved the problem of tightening the screw on the bracket.
