I agree with most of the reviews, this modem isn't even worth the $9.99 I paid. I had no problems installing the modem, but it doesn't seem to connect in less than 5 attempts. Back then the fastest connection ever was on 28800, but normally it's on 21600. I downloaded the new drivers from the manufacturer's website and I can't load them no matter how hard I try. I'll buy a decent modem once I've saved some money. Don't waste your time and money on this dog, he needs to be put down! If there was a no star option, that's how I would rate it.
