*Edit- The replacement bed they sent was the perfect quality you would expect from this brand. I was very disappointed when I received this bed in the condition it was delivered. The bottom was sewn incorrectly on the sides. On the inside, where my dog lay, this bed had about 6 inches of folded seams that were facing out and sticking out of the side on one side. On the other hand, they completely missed the seam of the section, thereby leaving a large hole. Really awful quality that made me wonder if it was fake but Sheri referred to it as "Best Friends" so maybe her entire QA department quit, but that's not at all acceptable.
