Great Help Desk System that solved alot

I like everything about it! It is very organized so you can find exactly what your looking for without having to search through pages of information or scrolling down too far in order make sense out all this data they have collected from their customers (and employees!). The layout could be more improved though as well but overall its good enough considering how much info we get with every ticket submitted into our system now-A day!! If anyone has any questions related just ask them here because there really aren't many people who use help desk software other than alcesa which makes things easier when asking question specificly regarding certain problems/tickets etc.. You should give tryout if u r thinking abut purchasing one otherwise i wouldnt recommend getting anything else since these guys know whats up. We were able solve tons & tickets within minutes using only ALCEAS HELP DESK SYSTEM. ! Also helped us.

  • Very user friendly intuitive interface that's simple yet powerful at providing customer support features across multiple departments via an integrated ticketing platform,
  • Simplified process management tools suchas escalation queues , Single signon capability between various platforms including Microsoft office 365 web apps., ServiceNow portal integration ,etc
