Great Help Desk System that solved alot

I like everything about it! It is very organized so you can find exactly what your looking for without having to search through pages of information or scrolling down too far in order make sense out all this data they have collected from their customers (and employees!). The layout could be more improved though as well but overall its good enough considering how much info we get with every ticket submitted into our system now-A day!! If anyone has any questions related just ask them here…

Pros
  • Easy access, easy navigation.
  • Very user friendly intuitive interface that's simple yet powerful at providing customer support features across multiple departments via an integrated ticketing platform,
  • Simplified process management tools suchas escalation queues , Single signon capability between various platforms including Microsoft office 365 web apps., ServiceNow portal integration ,etc

A nice Help Desking solution that made everything seem simple

I like how it is easy to use and can be setup in minutes. It has been very useful for our organization with regards to customer service ticketing/help desk systems. The system itself seems to have some glitches when you try to do things outside of your account which makes me dislike using this software. This is not something we would recommend but only because there were problems beyond my control as an employee. We used alcea helpdesk to solve many different types of issues from tickets to…
