I like how it is easy to use and can be setup in minutes. It has been very useful for our organization with regards to customer service ticketing/help desk systems. The system itself seems to have some glitches when you try to do things outside of your account which makes me dislike using this software. This is not something we would recommend but only because there were problems beyond my control as an employee. We used alcea helpdesk to solve many different types of issues from tickets to customer support. From reporting bugs or adding features to managing workflows, Alcea helped us get all these tasks done without having to hire additional staff.
