Review on CFS Live by Danny Zapata

The integration with our CRM is great! It's easy to use, simple set up for new users, has lots of features that are quite helpful in managing events/announcements (such as RSVP).

I wish there was an easier way than just using their website- it would be nice if they had some kind of mobile app so we could do everything from one place instead of having two accounts open at once. We have used this software since 2013 when my predecessor purchased them but haven't done much with updates aside from adding more event types over time. This year however things started changing because now people were getting into Facebook groups which allowed us greater visibility, engagement & attendance numbers compared to what previous years brought about (which also helped lower costs).
