I like that you can use any computer with internet access or mobile devices as an employee has no need of software installed at their own desk top! The reports could be more detailed but this would require additional programming which may not always happen when managing large volumes using many different systems/instruments from other companies and departments within City Hall. The best thing about Trakster is that it has a lot of customization features. You can use it as a simple tool or as a complex tool. It is very easy to use and has a lot of features.
