The cause of this problem was not explained. It rarely happens, but not for everyone. They replaced my battery with a new one for free in just five minutes. Thank you . After vacuuming the apartment, I immediately noticed that the suction power increased significantly and the indicator showed the correct charge level. Conclusions are: the battery is not perfect.
