I got annoyed when my faucet started dripping non-stop; even more angry when I saw that I would have to spend about $50 to fix it. I was thrilled when I stumbled across this half price item. They have explained well how their model, although it looks slightly different, will serve as a replacement for the original part. They mention that it comes with extra pads, but it's actually a different type of pad, not extra. One pair is rounded, the other is flatter. I had to swap out the seals for flatter ones and push a bit to get the cartridge in, but it ended up being okay. The only problem I have is that it doesn't leave room for hot water. I get about 15 degrees to turn the knob when the water gets hot even with the knob turned all the way to "hot". The remaining 90 degrees is cold water. It still works well, but of course it's different.
