Looked good and solid but something was wrong
Looked good and solid but something was wrong. I installed it thinking mine was defective. Horrible squeaking so I had to take it apart and check the alternator, idler pulley, belt, pump etc. Everything seemed fine so I put it back but it still squeaked. I installed the old tensioner and the noise was gone. I'm trying to figure out how to get a refund or replacement under warranty.
