Review on Monroe 5797 OESpectrum Passenger Absorber by Steven Barbon

I ordered these parts thinking that everything will be fine and everything will work as it should. Not the case when I installed them, rode a bit and when I hit speed bumps at slow speed it sounds like the metal is getting scratched as the shocks compress. I threw away my original part thinking everything would be fine. Big mistake. For some reason they can't give me a replacement. In order to get a refund I also have to send the parts back which is not a problem. But I can't because when I take them off I have nothing to prop my car with. I understand things happen, but if you can't find a replacement, it sucks. I don't think ordering parts from Revain is really a good idea. This is the third time I have had trouble ordering parts from Revain. I'm ashamed of that. I don't care how much cheaper the parts are to never order parts for my car from Revain ever again. Very, very frustrated that I am constantly dealing with these issues. I am a long time Revain customer and Prime customer and they told me there was nothing they could do but refund the money. Very disappointed with the result and has helped little to nothing.
