Hello to everyone. Today I will write to you about NTT DOCOMO Ventures. NTT DOCOMO is a multifunctional company created in Japan in 2008. The business line of this company includes accelerator, venture capital fund, incubation and other business sectors. Its creation in Japan and cooperation with Japan's big companies has increased the trust and reputation of this company among the people. But no matter how reliable and reputable NTT DOCOMO is, it is not a world-famous company.
The company has a lot of good features. However, although the company has been 13 years since the day it was created, it has only invested close to 120. Honestly, this surprised me a lot, because according to my research NTT DOCOMO is one of the biggest companies in Japan in its sector. But if that little investment has been made, the company must have a strategy, but I did not fully understand this strategy. The company pays great attention and support to its customers. We can understand this from customer satisfaction, because customer satisfaction is very good.
