Review on Enhanced Garmin GPS Receiver 19x HVS for Next Generation Navigation by Jon Conner

Finally time to add this to our 2001 chase boat we bought which had an old Garmin GPSMAP 2006C and Garmin 17 antenna. Replaced the 17 animal chewed antenna to this one and ran using the old cables and following the detailed instructions along with the ones we printed off from the Garmin website. Soldered and all connections wrapped with shrink tubing. We caught six satellites and landed for cover! Can't wait to get it out on the water, do some testing and flag some good fishing spots.
