Review on BetterDoctor by Gabriel Tomato

The customer service team was great! They were very helpful in answering all of my questions. I like how easy it was to request a callback for an appointment or information session with them. Also liked seeing their website when looking up providers for our children's needs. It would be nice if there were more choices/options available between plans during enrollment process. Being able to see rates from different companies without having to go through each one separately. We found out we have two doctors within 10 minutes of signing-up with Betterdoctors. This allowed us to shop around much easier and look into other options instead of calling every insurance company just to find out what they offer and who has better prices overall.
