They always respond promptly and help you in the best way possible. The product has been helpful in streamlining our process for recruiting top physicians to work with us as partners/VIPs at discounted rates (both employee benefits association discount rate AND Cigna HSA discounts). They have also provided some great software solutions which we leverage today too! I like how easy it was to use for my insurance companies when searching providers in one place! It's also very helpful because you can search by price range too which helps narrow down your choices even more if needed since most doctors don't have their prices listed online or anywhere else available (which makes me think they are pricey).
