The most important thing about this tool is its ability to send personalized email campaigns, which helps me target my audience more effectively than other tools out there in our industry. This software also allows us to see what percentage of each lead actually converts into an opportunity for us! I'm able solve some problems that we were having with sales leads by using it's data analysis feature. It would be great if they add new features such as phone calls tracking so that you can know how many people are calling your business or website daily/weekly etc. Also, adding live chat integration will help increase their user base since customers have become very impatient nowadays due to COVID situation. We're solving customer service issues from different industries like retail & hospitality services through predictive analytics.
