Have only used it once or twice so far. I think this is a very high quality device for the money. As others have suggested, it's a good idea to add hot water to the unit to speed up the warm-up process. This will also likely increase the life of the heating element as it doesn't have to work as hard to get the cold water up to temperature. That being said, I'd rather buy a model with analog controls/knobs than one with buttons and a digital display. My personal experience has taught me that the good old mechanical/electric controls are much longer than the purely electronic ones.
