Does what it says, but didn't work for me.

I can't really knock this product, as it does what it says it will do. And the quality is pretty high. And while it took a bit of getting used to, it wasn't uncomfortable.I thought the only time I snored was when I rolled over on my back, and this would solve all my problems. Well, it pretty much keeps me from sleeping on my back, but apparently that isn't the only time I snore. So this product does what it's supposed to do. Just keep in mind that you could be snoring for other reasons, and this may not be the magic answer you hoped it would be. That was the case for me, and now I'm back to the drawing board and going to try a mouth piece next. The image from the SnoreLab app shows a couple of days with it, and without, and there's been no difference for me.Good luck everybody!

Pros
  • Stable and Comfortable at Night - This backpack features a three-point fixation design at both shoulders and waist, which disperses the pressure of the fixing straps to ensure a comfortable the stable support. Imagine what will happen if it is fixed around your chest with only one strap (especially for women) or placed in a back pouch of a pajama. It will shift and slide around over time, allowing you to roll onto your back.
Cons
  • Not suitable for hiking or outdoor activities
