the collar is torn Collars

Collar receiver worked perfectly. easily synced, set up, held charge very well (charged once every two weeks). I'm about to return it as the part of the collar that was sewn to the receiver came loose and there was no way to sew it back on. the collar had to be tightened constantly every day and was not strong enough to withstand the stresses. I could only use it for about a month. Aside from the durability of the material, the product has performed very well. I have sent an email to the company but have not received a reply
