It's easy for users of all levels from entry level service techs through supervisors/managers up thru executives who want full visibility into their fleets across multiple sites or countries including real time data via mobile devices as well! The ability track work orders & issues are great but not sure how much it would help resolve problems if they were so inclined? I do like its ease at pulling reports without having someone else there (like our IT department). This helps us keep control over what we can see ourselves vs waiting around until others have them ready which sometimes takes months after original request was submitted!! We also use this software when doing repairs out side normal business hours allowing technicians / managers access during those times where most companies don't allow such things anymore - good thing too because customers will call asking about status while working away then realize something went wrong causing delays etc!
