I haven't had any failures other than a few losses during the capping process with the first batch of 144 caps I bought. Already with the second batch I found that three of the first 36 filled items were not the right size and the content was spoiled. I don't know if the maker of the second batch is different, but I'm definitely not thrilled with the latest finds.
